At Streetwear clothings, each product is made with care and purpose. While we do not offer refunds, we provide a streamlined exchange process to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under these conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we’ll arrange a free replacement — no extra charges.
2. Size, Color, or Change of Preference
We understand preferences can change. You can request an exchange for size or color issues or a change of mind, subject to:
- A ₹250handling fee (covers two-way logistics)
- COD charges (if any) are non-refundable and not included in the product price
- A small processing fee may be deducted from store credit to cover payment gateway costs
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Be returned with tags, packaging, and all accessories intact
- Be submitted for exchange within 24 hours of delivery
- Note: Customized or discounted items are not eligible for exchange
If the replacement item you’ve requested is unavailable, we’ll offer you store credit or an equivalent product.
