At Streetwear Clothing, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, customized jackets. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, and we want to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our Refund Policy below.

1. Custom-Made Jackets

Since our jackets are custom-designed to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns for items that have been customized (such as fabric choice, color, and design). Each jacket is made just for you, and we take great care in ensuring it meets your expectations.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the issue.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be in its original condition and unused. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damage or defect as part of the review process.

3. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is in production, we are unable to process cancellations. After 24 hours, we begin crafting your custom jacket, and as a result, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jacket is eligible for a return or replacement due to damage or an error on our part, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at care.streetwearclothings@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs.
  3. Once your case is reviewed, we will guide you on the return process and send you a return shipping label if applicable.
  4. After receiving the returned item, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement jacket based on your preference.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

5. Exchanges

As our jackets are customized, we do not offer exchanges for size or style. Please refer to our size guide and customization options carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us, and we can assist you in selecting the best fit.

6. Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once the returned item is inspected and confirmed. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). In the case of returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

8. Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as sale or promotional items, may not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. These items will be clearly marked as "final sale" on the product page.
