Returns and refunds are available ONLY in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Once the defect is verified and approved by our team, we may offer:

3. Damaged Product Received

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please take clear photographs/videos of the package and product immediately.

4. Size Exchange

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size chart provided on the product page.

A size exchange is available within 3 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused, unworn, unwashed and has all original tags and packaging intact.

A size exchange is not considered a manufacturing-defect return or refund.

5. Exchange Shipping

For approved manufacturing defects, Streetwear Clothings will determine the appropriate shipping arrangement after verification.

For customer-requested size exchanges, any applicable reverse-shipping or reshipping charges may be communicated before processing the exchange.
