As our jackets are custom-made to your specific preferences, please note that processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the customization. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping charges in Prepaid Orders is Free. In COD Orders you have to pay Additional Rs 200/- As COD Charges
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this information to track the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

Streetwear Clothing is not responsible for delays or errors in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you realize there is an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make adjustments before the order is shipped.

However, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high demand, customs processing (if applicable), or shipping carrier delays. If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Due to legal or logistical reasons, there may be certain restrictions on shipping to specific locations. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you and provide you with an option to cancel or modify your order.
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send you a replacement item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note: If the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been successfully delivered to the provided address, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement for lost packages.
For customers outside of India (coming soon), please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the item or shipping charges.

Since our jackets are custom-designed to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns for items that have been customized (such as fabric choice, color, and design). Each jacket is made just for you, and we take great care in ensuring it meets your expectations.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the issue.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be in its original condition and unused. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damage or defect as part of the review process.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is in production, we are unable to process cancellations. After 24 hours, we begin crafting your custom jacket, and as a result, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your jacket is eligible for a return or replacement due to damage or an error on our part, please follow these steps:

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once the returned item is inspected and confirmed. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). In the case of returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
Certain items, such as sale or promotional items, may not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. These items will be clearly marked as "final sale" on the product page.
